Forza signs long-term deal with Top Gear
Microsoft and the BBC series Top Gear have announced a 'long-term' collaboration, starting with the release of Forza Motorsport 3 Ultimate Collection later this year.
The first in what we expect Microsoft hopes to be a long line of products is Forza Motorsport 3 Ultimate Collection. This new edition bundles in all the DLC released to date; includes a 90 minute Top Gear video feature; access to the "Stig's Garage Car Pack" which includes The Koenigsegg CCX, LEXUS LFA, and Mercedes Benz SLS-AMG; and finally a Top Gear Xbox Live theme.
Turn 10 director Dan Greenawalt had this to say, "Bringing together Top Gear and Forza Motorsport is a natural fit; Top Gear is all about automotive passion and playing around with cars which is exactly what we deliver with Forza Motorsport games. We are looking forward to collaborating with their team to bring some of what they do so well on television to our game design process."
Forza Motorsport 3 Ultimate edition is due out next month.
